Samantha Carpenter
Samantha is a designer and artist living in Washington D.C. She is passionate about art, design, and education. Samantha graduated summa cum laude from the George Washington University at the Corcoran College of Arts and Design where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design. In 2020, she co-founded Girlz By Design (GBD) a non-profit organization which provides design thinking workshops to high schoolers across the D.C. area.
In her design work, she strives to build and maintain strong relationships with each of her clients to visually tell their story and make a long-lasting impact aligned with their mission. Recently, she redesigned the Honolulu-based tech company, Hawaii Information Service’s logo & brand. Samantha has also worked with individuals like Montreal-based foodie, Tiffany Madon, to help develop her cookbook, “À Table”. As an artist, she primarily works in watercolor and digital illustration, where she enjoys exploring the patterns, colors, and shapes of her surroundings.
